Thank you for visiting and shopping at our online store. Ehrin Coffee ships all of our orders using various carriers to ensure the fastest and most affordable options. We are currently offering free standard shipping on orders over $120 within Canada. As soon as we process your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

Don’t want to pay for shipping? We get it – shipping costs can be painful! If you live locally, we are pleased to offer free delivery! Communities around Erin, Hillsburgh, Acton, Georgetown and Milton can select ‘Local Delivery’ on the Checkout page to have the coffee delivered to your door, free of charge. Your postal code entry triggers the availability of this option. Deliveries are usually made within 1-3 days of roasting. If you’re unsure if you are within free delivery range, please feel free to reach out and we will see what we can do to accommodate.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

We typically ship orders within 1 to 2 business days after your purchase has been processed. Every effort is made to send orders the day following the roast. Please note we do not ship on weekends. If you order on a Friday, it will be processed the following Monday. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 days for your order to arrive. Ehrin Coffee is not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees incurred on packages delivered to the U.S..

Returns

Your order is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange.

Shipping costs are not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.
