EHrin Coffee was an idea brewed up by April Mitchell, a local lover of the brew, who wanted to share her passion for fresh, responsibly sourced coffee.
April has always been a small-town girl, raised in a close-knit neighborhood where her family’s kitchen table was a daily gathering spot filled with friendly faces enjoying hot cups of coffee. Over the years, the faces around that table changed as the neighborhood saw old friends leave and new arrive, but the warm atmosphere and shared stories remained constant, all centered around that beloved cup of coffee. Now, April is on a mission to share that nostalgia with you through her own unique coffee blends, each named after the local communities in Erin. Her hope is to help you create your own morning traditions and lasting memories, all while savoring the best coffee in your cup.

How Often Do You Roast
We roast at least twice per week. Generally on Monday and Wednesday.
How does Roast-2-Order work?
We wrote software to handle all of the inventory calculations so that we never make more coffee than what is actually ordered.
Sounds complicated? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely!
What do you mean by Roast-2-Order?
Roast-2-Order means that if you did not order it, we did not roast it.
Why Does Roast-2-Order Matter
Roast-2-Order matters because some very accurate calculations pertaining to yields, forecast totals, and available inventory need to be performed to ensure real freshness. Without those calculations, your coffee simply won’t be fresh. We do this in real time at every moment of our roast process and that insures that we only ever make exactly what’s ordered.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order typically ships the next day, however we reserve the right to take an extra day to do the job well.
